The exact information regarding abilities, aptitudes and motivations, the ones regarding vocational aspects, each person’s compatibility with a professional field or with a certain side of knowledge, are meant to solve subtle issues regarding the inter-human relations, to help the persons who might otherwise use less of their own potential out of prejudice, to change definitely but in a constructive manner the life perspectives, to influence positively the important decisions which are at the basis of our own evolution.

The possibility to investigate rapidly and efficiently the human being, so thoroughly that it is difficult to imagine, is by far a unique chance that nowadays few people in the world can have. The Biospecter System does not suggest tiresome psychological and generally subjective tests. It uses the general principles of technology patented in the U.S. on a dedicated application to view media systems aura, but the concept is implemented on the Romanian original thinking. With this equipment in a noninvasive, simple layout with the left hand on a bioscanner, which are biodata are retrieved and then processed and displayed in the form of figures and graphs.

Biospecter evaluation expert system, using general principles of biofeedback technologies developed in the last decade in Venice, California, by Dr. Richard Johnson, Jerry Burton and Johannes R. Fisslinger in the AVS system 5.1. Biospecter reconstruct a model best known cyber-premises identification methods and classification of personality types, starting from the psychological types theory developed by C. G. Jung  (Myers-Briggs  Type Indicator – MBTI), up to the most modern arguments which represent the basis of the rational intelligence evaluation (Daniel Goleman). Thus, the biofeedback technology shall be the basis of the most modern concept for evaluating the personality, implemented by means of a mathematical model applied to the biodata revealed by the biofeedback   technology.

Biospecter is not only an expert system for evaluating the personality, but also a challenge for the scientific world. It puts into practice a pertinent theory, by opening new chances to the experiment, offering a valuable instrument of deep investigation to the modern psychology.

I believe it is the time that, together with entering the E.U., Romania should make the person – job compatibility as complete as possible, the basis of its entire manpower occupation policy. This aspect, correlated with a stimulating co-interest system and an efficient health protection system, could create the possibility of reducing the difference between the economy of Romania and the economies of the advanced countries, in a shorter time than expected. However, a person’s compatibility with the complex requirements of his/her job, involves a serious knowledge of all his/her capacities and aptitudes; such an investigation requires time and until recently it has been proven to be difficult and subjective. I use the term recently, because I am considering a wonderful achievement in the field of the person’s complex evaluation: biospecter – the expert system for evaluating the psychological profile, a latter-day Romanian initiative, based on an American technology.

A lot of appreciations can be made regarding biospecter. Perhaps its most important use is proving that a person’s true value should not be sought in the environment or in the events at random, but especially in that inner gene inherited from our ancestors. Biospecter reveals exactly that not always the person with the most qualities is also the most adequate, but the one who fits the requirements, the aptitudes and the aspirations of the position he/she intends to occupy. In other words, the biospecter expert system can recommend to perfect person for the perfect position. It can answer competently and on scientific basis not only to the questions « who am I? », « who are you? », but also to the question «what are we the best at? »

Therefore, we are dealing with a remarkable scientific achievement of incontestable theoretical and practical importance, as well as with special and ambitious researchers who have achieved and use this system for the humanity welfare and progress.
